NOTICE FOR WORSHIP: SUNDAY FEBRUARY 1
Dear Friends,
It pains me that we cannot be together in person this Sunday. However, our church building remains without power. Even if we did manage to get power and start heating the nave to a tolerable temperature, we could not manage to get up the hill as it is covered with about .5" of ice.
As we learned during the pandemic, the people of God gain strength in spirit and encouragement in mind and body from gathering as best we can, even it is through a screen. I sincerely hope you'll be with us on Sunday, especially if you are new to our congregation, or even just looking for some good news in the midst of this power outage and bitter cold. 8:00 a.m. Holy Eucharist – Nave (no music)
8:50 a.m. Coffee and Conversation – Sanders Hall
9:15 a.m. Formation and Choir
- Adult Forum – Sanders Hall (topics vary)
- Children's Chapel & Children's Formation (K-6th)
- Adult Choir Rehearsal – Choir Loft
10:30 a.m. Choral Eucharist – Nave
12:00-1 p.m. Youth Group (7th-12th)
Nursery is provided: Open 9:15 a.m. for children aged 6 weeks through 6 years. Children will be returned to you before the Eucharist.

Welcome, friend!
Saint David’s is so very hard to find when you’re driving around West Meade, but once you’re here, you’ll find rather easily how very “found” you feel. We are a lovely people. We ask questions. We welcome differences. We find strength in cultivating gratitude together, thanking God for all the wealth, wisdom and work that we share. We’re into healing and prayer is our currency. We also throw a Southern church potluck like nobody’s business!
So, I hope you'll stay long enough on this site to find the address and plug it into your phone. We need you! We need you to help us share God's reconciling dream. Write me an email if you have questions. Or just jump in and join us as a vital part of the Body of Christ, proclaiming that hope and love are the antidotes to fear and hate, and sharing the very excellent news that we are beloved beyond measure.
